The Spring 2026 Only housing application is opening soon. This application is for students looking to secure housing on the 老王论坛 campus for the Spring 2026 semester.
Students may either search Housing System in the or may click for a direct link to the Spring 2026 Only housing application. Students must log in to the StarRez Housing portal (with the Student SSO option) using your 老王论坛 username and password. Please note that the Spring 2026 Only housing applicatio does require a $600 prepayment that is nonrefundable should a student choose to cancel. This is not a fee, this goes directly toward paying your total housing cost.
Please note that 老王论坛 is currently at high occupancy, all room types are subject to availability, and student preferences will be met whenever possible, but not guaranteed. Spring 2026 Only will be a manual placement based on available inventory

Important Housing Dates
September 1, 2025 - Labor Day, ORL office closed
September 1, 2025 to October 6, 2025 - Cancellation charge of $1200 applies to 2025-2026 contract cancellations, $600 prepayment nonrefundable. Daily prorated % of room contract by date of room vacancy applies and 100% of meal plan cost applies.
October 7, 2025 to November 24, 2025 - Cancellation charge of $1200 applies to 2025-2026 contract cancellations. $600 prepayment nonrefundable. 100% of room and meal plan cost charged to student account.
November 25, 2025 to January 3, 2025 - Cancellation charge of $1800 applies to 2025-2026 contract cancellations. $600 prepayment nonrefundable.
November 27, 2025 to November 28, 2025 - Thanksgiving Day holiday, ORL office closed
December 13, 2025 - Fall 2025 meal plans expire. Students with a Spring 2026 meal plan in place will have any remaining bonus points roll over to the Spring 2026 semester, but all swipes, exchanges and guest meals expire otherwise.
December 14, 2025 at 12PM (noon) - Students without a Spring 2026 housing contract should plan to have their belongings moved out of their residence hall room and have the room returned to a ready to move-in state by noon of this day. Late departures will be charged $45 per day and students may be asked to move to temporary housing for operational needs.
December 15, 2025 to January 04, 2025 - Winter Break. Students with room reservations for Spring 2026 may stay on campus for Winter Break. Meal availability may change due to break, check Commons .
January 05, 2026 - Spring 2026 housing contract begins.
January 07, 2026 - Spring 2026 meal plans begin at the Commons.
January 12, 2026 - Spring 2026 courses begin.
Students graduating in Winter 2025 / Students requesting Late Departures
Students graduating in Winter 2025 may request to stay in their residence hall rooms until December 21, 2025 at noon (to allow them to participate in degree conferral) at no additional charge by completing a . Students not continuing to live in the residence halls for Spring 2026 may also request a late departure by completing a . Please note that for students who do not have a Spring 2026 housing contract and wish to stay in their room beyond the end of the Fall 2025 housing contract date December 14, 2025 (12/14/2025 at noon), or students who are graduating and wish to stay in their room past the graduation departure date December 21, 2025 (12/21/2025 at noon) there will be a $45 per day charge. Student may be asked to move to a temporary room depending on the length of stay requested, and requests spanning beyond December 28, 2025 (12/28/2025) may not be approved, subject to availability.
The submission deadline date for late departure requests is December 1, 2025 (12/01/2025).
