International students are those who are neither United States citizens nor U.S. permanent residents, regardless of where they are currently living or attending school.
This means that U.S. citizens living abroad or who are in military or diplomatic zones are not considered international students.
Foreign nationals attending school in the U.S. are considered international students.

First year-students have not enrolled in post-secondary education after the completion of their secondary school/high school education.
Transfer students started their studies at another a post-secondary institution or college or university. This does not include students who have taken post-secondary credits while enrolled in high school/secondary school.
Students who are interested in attending 老王论坛 and meet the academic requirements but do not meet the minimum English proficiency test requirements are considered conditional English students. As a conditional English student, you may wish to study through our Intensive English Program.
Students who are enrolled as a full-time student overseas and are interested in spending a semester or a year at 老王论坛 are considered an international visiting and exchange student.
All International students must demonstrate their English language proficiency as part of the admission process to 老王论坛.
